The Occupied Palestinian Territories are marked by extreme instability, and operating in this particular context has become more and more problematic because of the precarious equilibrium
In this fragile context, COOPI operates since 2003 mainly with two types of project: the first relates to socio-economic services, the second to education.
Socio-economic activities are aimed at improving living conditions for marginalised groups through the creation and diversification of sources of income. Upon agreed payment terms set with the representatives of localmunicipalities, we employed people from vulnerable groups in the regeneration/construction of infrastructure to restore services and waste collection.
In the education sector, meanwhile, we provide access to primary education for children and endeavour to improve the quality of professional training for adolescents in order to facilitate their entry into the labour market through up-to-date courses in line with market requirements, modern equipment and public-private partnerships.
