ENERGYCoP, the new global platform for humanitarians engaged in providing Safe Access to Fuel and Energy to crisis-affected populations will be launched on Thursday, November 9th at 9:30 a.m. EDT (15:30 p.m. CET).

It will be illustrated during the webinar “Ensuring coordination among humanitarian actors in the energy sector: the ENERGYCoP platform”Register now to join the webinar!

Organized within the Sustainable Energy Technologies for Food Security project (SET4food) and hosted by the SAFE Humanitarian Working Group, the webinar is meant to present a new global and not-for-profit community of practice aimed to serve humanitarian professionals working in the energy sector.

The platform’s purpose is to facilitate coordination among a diverse network of stakeholders engaged in providing Safe Access to Fuel and Energy (SAFE) in emergency settings. It is designed to be an interactive space with an open-knowledge approach that enables to search for projects, technologies, tools and resources related to energy access, share valuable materials but also ask for advice and contribute in the debates.
