Read moreThe contribution given by volunteers and private donors allows to bridge Italy with the world. This can happen in many ways: Italian citizens deducting a small fraction of their taxes (0,5%, "Cinque per mille"); donations made by text message; a testamentary gift; donating time as a volunteer during the "Paper, Ribbons, and Solidarity" Christmas campaign.
Also from its headquarters, COOPI partakes in holding the International Master Program in Cooperation and Development in Pavia, besides carrying out food distribution activities for people in need, first started by COOPI founder Father Barbieri and now improved through a partnership with national-level food bank "Banco Alimentare".
